Since the school board focuses its efforts on planning for the future of CCA, a board member is dedicated to fundraising efforts exclusively.  Tamara Martin is the board appointed chair for the 2009-2010 school year.  Each year, various initiatives help to provide funds to be used for facility and equipment imrpovement.  Please contact Tamara Martin at 817-680-5671 or txmartinfamily@gmail.com to see how you can get plugged in!  Here are some projects you may be interested in:

 Auction Committee 

If you really want to get connected to other families, then this is the committee for you!  Every year, this committee plans an auction in the spring to raise money for short-term needs and long-term goals of the school board/administration.  Every family is expected to solicit two auction items and sell at least four dinner tickets to the event.  The committee works hard to plan, promote, and enjoy this celebration event.  Please let Karen Agster (817-573-6485) or Debra Parish (817-279-7343) know how you would like to help out this year.  Some opportunities for you are:

Capital Campaign 

Coincidentally, Brad Parish (School Board Member) is developing a capital campaign in anticipation of building Phase I of the Master Site Plan.  Phase I will provide much needed classrooms, lunch room, bathrooms, kitchen, and gymnasium.  If you would like to be a part of this effort, please contact Brad at 817-279-7343.  Be looking in your child's folder for more information on this project.
