About Cornerstone
The Bible tells us in Matthew 6:33 to “Seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you.” It is our desire to filter all knowledge of the world, through that of the Word and Will of God. At CCA, students are taught through a biblical worldview, using a Christian based curriculum, but also by allowing students to experience life in a safe environment.
Mission
To provide a Christ-centered environment in which faith is integrated with learning to enable students to become spiritually, academically, emotionally, socially, and physically prepared to achieve all that God desires for them. (II Corinthians 10:5; Proverbs 23:12; I Corinthians 6:19-20; Romans 12:1)
Vision
Each child, having been educated and thoroughly prepared through their experiences at Cornerstone Christian Academy, will transform our world to reflect the character of Christ through their influence as Salt and Light of the Earth. (Matthew 5:13-16)

Statement of Faith
We believe the Bible is God’s inspired, inerrant Word and the only authority for doctrine and practice.
2 Timothy 3:15 “And, how from infancy you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus.”
2 Peter 1:21 “For prophecy never had its origin in the human will, but prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.”
We believe there is one God, eternally existent in three persons – Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Genesis 1:1 “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.”
Matthew 28:19 “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.”
John 10:30 “I and the Father are one.”
We believe salvation is a free gift, paid for by the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ for all who trust Him as their Savior.
John 3:16-21 “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son. This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed. But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in the sight of God.”
2 Peter 1:21 “Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life.”
We believe in the deity of Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death, His resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory.
John 10:33 “We are not stoning you for any good work,” they replied, “but for blasphemy, because you, a mere man, claim to be God.”
Isaiah 7:14 “Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.”
Hebrews 7:26 “Such a high priest truly meets our need—one who is holy, blameless, pure, set apart from sinners, exalted above the heavens.”
John 2:11″What Jesus did here in Cana of Galilee was the first of the signs through which he revealed his glory; and his disciples believed in him.”
Acts 1:11 “Men of Galilee,” they said, “why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven.”
We believe in the resurrection of all people; in a literal heaven and hell.
John 5:28-29 “Do not be amazed at this, for a time is coming when all who are in their graves will hear his voice and come out—those who have done what is good will rise to live, and those who have done what is evil will rise to be condemned.”
We believe in the ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
Romans 8:13-14 “For if you live according to the flesh, you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the misdeeds of the body, you will live. For those who are led by the Spirit of God are the children of God.”
1 Corinthians 3:16 “Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst?”
