July 4th Parade — Join us!

🇺🇸 Join us at the Granbury Square for the annual Granbury July 4th Parade! CCA will have a float and families are welcome to walk with us! Parade starts at 9am and we’ll meet at the Granbury High School parking lot by 8am at the LATEST for the parade line-up. All students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to attend the parade.

Don’t forget! Summer reading lists are live on the website. Each grade is responsible for book(s) and projects due at the beginning of the school year.

Uniform Fittings

Mark your calendars! Lonestar Team Gear will be at the CCA campus on July 11th from 3-6pm. They will bring uniforms for students to try on, they can also help with ordering uniforms. No appointment necessary — just show up!

ATTENTION Incoming Juniors and Seniors:

Mrs. Swaim’s ACT Boot Camp Date has changed. It will be held at school on Thursday, July 18 from 9:30 to noonish.

Pre-K – 12th Grade: If you haven’t finished yet, please re-enroll your student(s) for the 2024-25 school year. If you do not plan to attend for the upcoming school year, please unenroll as soon as possible. Enrollment numbers are crucial for proper planning!

CCA is hosting our annual Uniform Resale Shop. Browse gently-used CCA approved uniforms and save big! The sale starts at 3pm in the CCA Gym and it’s first come, first serve!

Robotics Club Fundraiser

Please continue bringing empty cans for the Robotics Club to recycle this summer. The receptacle is beside the secondary building behind the main building. Thus far they have raised over $270!

Basketball Camp

Cornerstone Christian Academy is excited to host elementary basketball camp for completed 2nd-5th grade! This 3 day camp will be focused on basic skill development, rules of the game and last but not least learning to love the game.

Dates: July 16th-18th 9am-11am

Where: CCA Gym – 5150 N. Gate Rd. Granbury, TX 76049

Cost: $75, $50 for each additional student

Gym Memberships

Planet Fitness is offering free memberships for students 14 – 19yrs old this summer! It is from June 3 – September 1. All you have to do is sign up online and choose their summer membership option. This is a great opportunity for your athlete to keep themselves moving this summer! I will be sending weekly workouts starting June 3rd that will correlate with the equipment available to them at the gym.

We will be hosting strength and conditioning workouts over the summer starting the second week in June. Let me know if you have any questions!
