Field Trip Requests

All field trip approval request forms must be submitted a MINIMUM OF 4 WEEKS IN ADVANCE of the event date.

You must also upload your field trip permission slip at the end of the form.

Important Info:

  • $2 gas fee applied to ALL field trips
  • $300/class total budget (from CCA) for field trips for the year
  • Dress code for field trips: School navy polo w/jeans (No non-CCA outerwear)
  • $$ billed through incidentals 2 least wks prior
